What are Clip Clip Hooray!'s late arrival and cancellation policies?We are parents ourselves and understand that life simply happens. If you expect to arrive late or need to cancel, please call us immediately to ensure we can accommodate the change in time or reschedule accordingly. Late notification and 'no shows' are subject to be charged.

Does Clip Clip Hooray! accept appointments and walk-ins?CCH! accepts BOTH advance appointments and walk-ins! To guarantee a time slot, we highly recommend booking through our online appointment scheduler. Appointments made in advance take priority over walk-ins.

What are Clip Clip Hooray!'s hours of business?Our standard hours are the following: Monday CLOSED, Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 12pm-4pm. Special Event and Seasonal Extended Hours will be advertised when applicable. Standard hours are subject to change based upon holidays and inclement weather. In the event of unexpected closure, we will attempt to contact those with appointments for cancellation with the opportunity to reschedule. Our last appointment is 30 minutes prior to closing. Walkins are welcome, however, appointments are prioritized.

What if my child is unable to complete the haircare service?Incomplete services are subject to charge. CCH! understands that there are days where kiddos simply aren't in the mood for a haircut. Our team will consult and collaborate on next steps for a successful revisit.

Where is CCH! located?Our flagship location can be found at 2411 SW 14th St, Bentonville, AR 72712. We are within Suite 5, neighboring United Bank, Glam'd Nail Spa, and Club Pilates. The commercial strip center is conveniently located on a corner lot with 3 parking lot entrances, a 4-way stoplight, and abundant parking!

Can I or my child donate their hair?Yes! We partner with several donation organizations, including but not limited to Children With Hair Loss. Each organization has different donation requirements. Donations services are by appointment only to ensure you are connected with a donation-qualified stylist.

Does Clip Clip Hooray! offer accommodations for clients with sensory or accessibility requests?Absolutely! Designed in partnership with professionals and parents, our sensory-friendly station can accommodate an array of requests. Additionally, we can arrange low-contact entry through our private staff entrance and offer extended appointment times. When booking your appointment online, select the Add-On of 'Sensory or Accessibility Request', so that we may be prepared to create a comfortable and successful haircare experience.

Children are required to be lifted into the salon chairs by an adult. Children are to be accompanied by an adult - parent/guardian or stylist - when in the styling chair. In the event the stylist needs to step away from the station, the presence of a parent/guardian or team member will be requested.
